Simi was great. Took care of everything in no time. Gave him a list and all was taken care of from minor plumbing (faucets, shower head, toilet issues), fixed soffit, car battery, got our generator running. He can do it all! Highly recommend.

Simi is fantastic! He's reliable, trustworthy and very fairly priced. I have had Simi do several jobs around the house over the past couple years. He's always on time, very straightforward on pricing and he typically gets the job done early. I don't believe there's anything he can't do! He's installed fans/light fixtures, remodeled both my closets (2 diff designs), wallpapered, painted, fixed toilets, installed sink & kitchen faucets, built custom barn doors & hung them, door lock replacement, soffit repair, pool pump replacement, screen repair. I'm sure I'm missing something but...you see what I mean. You won't be disappointed, that's a fact! Highly recommend!

Simi was easy to work with, professional and completed the work quickly. We hired him to bring life back to our kid’s large wooden swing/play-set. We all know Florida can be ho*** ** outside equipment. The swing-set looks amazing and the coding heated on the outside has caused the water to beat up and slide right off giving it extra protection.
