SUPERIOR SPRINKLER SYSTEMS

Description of Work: This outfit installed our sprinkler system when our house was buit in 2007. On march 6, 2009, Mark Selby, replaced our Rain Bird modular controller under warranty becaus it was malfunctioning. At another time after this Mark replaced a section of irrigation pipe that had been broken accidently by a handyman doing work in the area of this pipe. Recently I have made numerous calls to Superior Sprinkler because I need to have several sprinkler heads replaced. I have never had a return call. This shows a lack of professionalism in my estimation. If Superior Sprinkler does not want to do work in our area, North Ft Myers, because of where they are located, Cape Coral, one would think they would have the courtesy to call and let us know this. Superior Sprinkler should change their name to Inferior Sprinkler. Mark Selby, who I assume is the owner of Superior Sprinkler, is a nice person who has poor business ethics. Unfortunately I would not recommend him for any sprinkler service.

Description of Work: This is the company that initially installed my system about six years ago. At that time I was very satified, and they did a good job on the installation and explanation of the system. I cannot say the same on follow-up service. I have had two times now thaqt I have either needed a repair, or service. The first time, I did get a return call, and a apromise that they would be there either thurs or Frida, or Monday at the latest. By the following Weds. I went ahead and found someone else to do the job. Again just recently, I had a more serious problem, with a manifold being stuck open and my neighbors yard being flooded. This time they couln't even bother calling me back. I would no longer give their name to anyone for work. They are completely undependable.
