+ -1 moreThe work they did was ok, the only problem is they didn't finish. They put one coat on the drive way, and were supposed to put a second coat on and never did. I gave them money to get the paint for the second coat and they never came back. I tried contacting them and have never been able to get back in touch with them.
Description of Work: They put all new screen on my pool cage as well as support work. They also painted the driveway.

+ -1 moreAwful. He did not show up when he said he would. They do not return phone calls. When I tried to resolve the issue, they were less than professional and were very argumentative. Certainly did not provide good customer service. Seemed like they were more interested in being right than pleasing the customer.
Description of Work: Hired company on 7-16-07 to remodel kitchen. Gave 50% deposit and work was to begin on 7-26-07. Someone was to call within the 10 days to view job site and verify needed materials for work to begin on 7-26-07. No one ever called or came by. Called compnay, no return call. Finally got a call on 7-27-07. Work finally started on 8-2-07. After missing days of work, no return phone calls, not using requested materials, and not providing an itemized list after several requests, I informed them that our working relationship would be ending. When he left on the 2nd day which was a Friday, he stated that he would be calling over the weekend to let me know when the electician would be coming. No call for over 10 days after several messages. I tried to resolve this issue with office staff and was unable to do so. He worked a total of 15 hours labor, no cost for materials, and feels he is entitled to keep the $3000 deposit.
