I needed a window repaired and contacted Sun Control. Victor Santiago responded immediately and professionally. They came out and assessed the job and gave me a very competitive quote. They completed the work quickly and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Responsiveness and project performance outstanding; excellent results. Inspection the week following Hurricane Irma. Electrostatic paint application delayed by windy and rainy week. Screening delay for same reason. Project completed with "New" poolcage by 10/30. Bid 15%-20% higher than unlicensed competitor but quality and completion well worth difference. Am told competitor still 60-90 days out on completion. Owner came at my request to inspect final job and answer questions. BRAVO TEAM SUN CONTROL!!

.August 30, 2012 was the beginning of our contract to replace an aluminum and plexiglass lanai enclosure with a stronger aluminum and hurricane window enclosure. It started with a promise by Patrick Mundane, the owner, of a finish date of October 26, 2012. The only part of the construction that was done by that time was the upgrade of the floor and the laying of the tile. By November 26 only the frame for the lanai was in place. It's part were not level and part were cut in half that should have been single pieces. Upon returning they got started on the "proper structure" and everything seemed to be in place on December 18, 2012. After the first rain, our lanai was covered with water. Sun Control then sent their workers and all they did was keep putting more and more caulking on their existing work. Unfortunately, when the rain came more water was on the lanai, all the way to the sliders. The door they had installed also leaked. Their excuse was that the work met industry standards. We retained a lawyer which seemed to stimulate Sun Control to reconsider their position. They brought in another subcontractor who took the lanai apart, but was told to reconstruct the lanai with the existing materials. The reconstruct also did not work and when it rained, our lanai was covered with water. Our lawyer took over and insisted that the lanai be completely rebuilt with new materials. The subcontractor then started from scratch and added additional materials and caulking that had not been used before. Eventually finishing the rebuild in September. He has had to come back to tweak a few spots, but we are now in hope that the job has been completed correctly. September 30.

The quality of the service was very poor. He gave me a cheap door and a cheap window, and that was it. Buyer beware.
