I wanted to find a local company to replace by exterior door. I got several visits and quotes and chose Sun Control after talking with Victor Santiago. Shortly after making a deposit, Erik DeGeorgio called me to come by and make specific measurements and evaluate any potential problems. Juan and Renair (sp) came to install the door and did a beautiful job. They all were courteous, respectful and pleasant. They cleaned up the area after installation and took away the old door and debris. I am very pleased that I chose Sun Control and intend to use them for other projects. Great company.

We had a lanai screen replacement and cage update completed through Sun Control. Our salesman, Victor Santiago, started our relationship with Sun Control wonderfully well. This young man has warmth, charisma and emotional intelligence when working with customers. He spent time answering all our questions and scheduled the job very quickly. We were assigned a â  Team Aâ  project manager, Erik DeGeorgio, who was organized, an excellent communicator and supervised a â  team Aâ  work crew who did outstanding work on our screens and cage replacements. The job was completed in two days. We had a little debris on our pool deck and Erik scheduled a team member to come out and shop vac our deck to finish our job cleanly. We have several projects that are needed in the future as we upgrade our new home, and we will be scheduling those with Sun Control.

I was looking to replace the main door to my house and three windows. This project has been on hold for the past two years, because I was getting the run around from the name brand company salespeople who only wanted to tell you what you need to get instead of hearing what it is you are looking to get done within your budget. I finally decided to search for a local company through HomeAdvisor. My first call was from a representative Victor Santiago JR. with Sun Control Aluminum & Remodeling. Victor was very forthright and helpful, and we were able to set up an early appointment. At the appointment my wife and I felt very comfortable with Victor and felt absolutely no pressure to make an immediate decision, unlike the other sales rep that I have dealt with in the past. We did, however, decide to move forward with the project and put down a deposit the same day. I was told that it would take approximately six to eight weeks for the door and windows to be made and that I would be assigned a project manager to see the job through to completion. I received a call from the project manager Randall a few days later who also came by to double check the measurements and look at the scope of the project. The storm door and windows were made within the timeframe as promised and the installation satisfactorily done. We are pleased to say that we will use this company again in the future. The people that work there are first class. We will definitely be giving their contact information to my friends that need home remodeling service.

We replaced 9 impact windows and we had a great experience with the whole crew. They did an excelente job. Definitely recommend them!

Being a single elderly woman, Iâ m always scared to hire someone to do work. I needed a lanai torn down, disposed of and a new improved lanai that was damaged by the hurricane. I asked my neighbors whose homes had work done, looked up ratings and how long they had been in business. All answers came back to one company, Sun Control in Cape Coral. Family owned for 65 plus years? Not one complaint from me , Larry kept me informed all the way through. Worker's always on time and very pleasant. Cleaned up every day. I use my beautiful lanai a lot more than I ever did the other one. Sun Control , you are awesome!!!

I am a retired builder and usually not impressed with building professionals, I have hired here in Florida. Every member of the Sun Control installation crew was knowledgeable, courteous and performed the project which exceeded my highest expectations. I would highly recommend Sun Control to any member of my family and my friends. Very satisfied with my new hurricane windows and doors. Larry and his crew were absolutely wonderful. I had asked many questions and a favor. All were answered very professionally. The two "crew" members were prompt and didn't waste time. When asked if I could watch their response was absolutely. The screen porch and carport really turned out better than I expected. I would use this company again. No questions asked!

We used Sun Control for new Impact Doors and Windows and now they are finishing up our Kitchen, Bathroom, entire house flooring and interior paint. We finally found a contractor who is trustworthy, reliable and a pleasure to work with. They are responsive and great at communicating the status of the projects. Aaron is accessible and timely in his reply and genuinely concerned about our satisfaction with the work and process. Chris our project manager is always checking in, ensuring things are done properly and the guys have everything they need. Russ takes pride in his work, is extremely knowledgeable and ensures we are pleased with the work. We wouldnâ t trust anyone else with our home as we know Sun Control will ensure it is done right.

My family and I are having Sun Control Aluminum install a new aluminum lanai roof as well as a screened in front walkway. We have had nothing but positive interaction from the time we signed the contract to now as we get closer to the install date. Chris has provided prompt responses to our email and phone contact as we get details worked out and finalized. Aaron has also been very prudent to getting our questions answered quickly. The company as a whole has been a blessing for our family as we look forward to a new lanai roof and screened in front walkway installed. Ever since Hurricane Ina, we have looked for small rays of sunshine to brighten our day and Sun Control Aluminum has provided us that ray of sunshine. We thank you very much for that.

High quality windows and sliders

Sun Control is my family's GO-TO for pool enclosures and hurricane protection. Great family owned business! Professional work and they are always my first call! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Great company, family owned. I have used their services several times. Hurricane impact doors and windows and pavers in our courtyard, driveway, front porch, sidewalk and dock. I am also on schedule for an estimate for a pool cage. I hope to purchase a few more Sliding glass hurricane impact doors in the future as well. We just survived hurricane Ian, I was pleased with the doors performance. I always feel comfortable with The staff being in and around our home. I plan to use them in the future and highly recommend their company.

All the siding was replaced two years ago. A short section of J siding dropped down. Sun Control said they would make the needed repairs even though it was out of warranty.

The installers were very meticulous and professional. Well worth the time it took get the door replaced.

The installers were skilled, professional and courteous . The treated my home and items in it with care , I highly recommend these guys and was very comfortable having them working in my home when I was not present. They took great care in their work and I appreciate that. Clean up when the job was completed was thorough, Sun Control is lucky that I am not in the home remodeling business or I would do my best to hire these guys for my operation.

Frank inslalled our new windows & did an awesome job-over & above our expectations.. He asked us how we wanted things done, if there were decisions to be made. He was meticulous in his work, organized, and directed his helpers specifically in what to do and then checked on their work, but ultimately Frank was the one who made the workmanship exceptional. Working with him was a positive experience and exceeded our expectations.

Friendly staff, attentive to details

I would love to give 5 stars but I can't except for the installers. I was supposed to get a call to set up install on my acrylic lanai sliders, instead I was called on a Monday morning at 8:45am saying they wanted to come that morning. We were not going to be home and also had to clear out our lanai for the workers. Set up appointment for the next morning. Gabriel and Raul came to do the work. They were excellent. We were able to reuse some of the frames and tracks from my old sliders but they showed me how they were poorly installed by another company and they made sure to correct everything to meet Sun Controls standards. As they were working on the brand new section I asked about the screen replacement on my order. They knew nothing about it and screen material was not delivered to the job site. They had to readjust what they were doing and get the screen delivered. It added to the time they had to spend on my project. This was an unfortunate lapse on the part of the team that schedule the job. Four stars for lack of execution on scheduling my install and preparation to fill my order as written.

Large new pool cage from the ground up. They came, they saw, they conquered. An out standing team effort, and an outstanding job.We sit and look at it daily, and one of us always say s how happy we are with it. Value to our house in having it, is in the thousands.. great job. PS The cat enjoys her new kingdom.
