+ -1 moreWe have a contract with them. It comes to $1,500 - $1,600 a year. I don't know, we probably need to shop around. They do the yard, the rat traps and the house inside and out. It works. We did not price around.

Description of Work: He bills us separately for each service. He sprays our home inside as well as our yard and trees. Also fertilizer our lawn and trees.

+ -1 moreThey were really great. Cory is the name of the guy who owns the place and you won't find a nicer person. I hated have to stop using them but unfortunately we had to cut back on a lot.

+ -1 moreHe does that once a year and he does the yard once a month. If I see some ant hills in the drive way he will come out and take care of it, and there is no charge. He usually comes the day after I call him. I will continue to use his services in the future and will tell others about him. His price is quite fair for the work he does.
Description of Work: During remodeling we had a bunch of spiders and he took all the plates off and went in the attic and I haven't seen a spider since he did that.
