 + -1 moreHad a 11:00 appt but no one showed.Called them at 11:15 and was told it would now be 11:45 for sure.No one showed.Found a VM on my cell that it was now going to be 12:30.I called back but no one answered so left a VM to forget about it.I will hire someone else.

 + -1 moreI guess their pricing is normal. I don't have any bugs, so that obviously worked. Their responsiveness has always been good. They arrive on time and let me know they're coming out. They're friendly.

Or perhaps Angie's list can change name on my review to Southwest pest.Southwest is a must have company for your home. Knowledgeable, extremely friendly explains everything easily understanble. I will never use anyone else again. I highly recommend, a trust worthy company gets the job done right the first time!! Dave great guy. Tell him Debbi recommended a customer in the Cape!!
Description of Work: Roach infestation inside mostly kitchen. He explained how they get in, without making me feel like I was at fault. Ex. like being dirty etc. Never had in 8 yrs here.

 + -1 moreThe pwner looked at all of my trees and gave me a quote . We had neighbours lose trees to whitefly last year. He showed up on time and did the work as agreed. Very helpful and willing to discuss tree problems as well as other insects.
