GREAT job - pool looks real sharp and done in time

The work went well. They were there every day until the job was complete. There were a few challenges along the way but they were dealt with and fixed promptly by either Chris or Michelle. We chose the Blue Lagoon PebbleTec finish with Abelone shells that sparkle in the sun and it looks absolutely beautiful. We highly recommend this company.

Michelle came out to our house and was very knowledgeable and professional. She brought samples and explained the services that would be performed and the materials that would be used. She gave suggestions as to what would be best suited for our needs. She told us that she would email an estimate to us in a couple of days. As of this date, I still have not received an estimate. She was given both mine and my husband's email addresses. We waited about a week and then called the office and we were told that the estimate would be emailed the following day. Four days later my husband called again and was told the message would be given to Michelle. I followed up about a week later and still no estimate.

First, they came out and demo the area and remove all the old tile and a waterfall wall which was crumbling down. They layed the pavers and coping tile - and extend a door pad so I had an extra 8' outside the door to walk to the yard. then the crew came back and layed the pool tile and mosaics and finally the pool was refinished. They also added two large stepping stones to one of the seats.... which I just love. makes a great place to sit on the edge in the water. the final touch was glow stones in the pool bottom and on the steps - this helps light my way if I swim at night....so cool to look at too. They did a wonderful job!! Thanks Christopher, Rhonda and Seista Pebble!!!

They were very good. They have a quality product and they did what they said they were going to do. I feel like the outcome is very good. I will definitely consider using them again.

Because I have not made a final decision about who to use, I dont' have any do 's or don'ts about this particular company.

Very good. The company was very professional and very accommodating. The price was in line with other estimates we obtained. The work quality was excellent.

Brenda was quick to respond to my call for an estimate and provided several options to choose from. After reviewing several estimates and references, we chose Siesta Pebble based on the detailed estimate and satisfaction of previous customers. We met and selected the type and color of the pavers, tiles and pebble-tech finish. Brenda’s guidance in this process aided in our complete satisfaction with the appearance of the pool and deck. Even with a couple minor delays, the work was completed, as agreed. The workmanship cutting and placing of the tile, bull nose molding and pavers was of high quality, but they could have taken more care in cleaning up the area after each day’s work and after they were finished. The finished product is beautiful and quality is top shelf. I would gladly recommend Siesta Pebble to family and friends.

We used 3 subcontractors for job. They all had to work with each other, some jobs couldn't be done until one sub had completed all or part of theirs. and they all worked well together. The total job was in excess of $23,000.00. We had an excellent paver installer and also had a new pool cage installed. Siesta would work in between them. Chris and Rhonda (of Siesta) were good to work with, sometimes it was frustrating when we couldn't get ahold of them. And once we had to threaten to pull the job. But it all worked out. They used good people to install tile, etc. I guess no job is completed today without some problems..The first thing they did was let us go to the tile companies and see the complete lines available rather than bring a few samples to the house.We placed our tile order and they took it from there. They installed the coping and did a very nice job. One thing that we did appreciate was the way they cleaned up each day. There was no junk left on the job site day to day. Then they came in and installed all new tile at the pool's water line, The final act by Siesta was to install the Pebble tec inside the pool. (We changed our minds several times on the color and they were very accomadating.) And the results are beautiful. And we are very "picky" folks. Would we recommend them ? YES would we use them again. YES

Siesta has an incredible team from start to finish. The efficiency of every crew was more than we expected each morning they would arrive before I left for work and were done by the time I got home. The pool area was immaculate each time they left. The job was completed sooner than promised. The work ethic of their employees is superior and the end product was even better than expected. Its obvious that Siesta is a family owned business because they treat you like family.
