I called for an appointment for an estimate and a week later someone showed up. He looked at the damage and said they would email me an estimate. I never heard back from them. I called several times and was told they would be getting back to me, but I never heard from them. It has been well over a week since they came out. They are giving me a big run around. Meanwhile I have unrepaired water damage, which can only get worse.
Description of Work: Water damage repair from a leaky air conditioner runoff.

Do not hire this franchise! The owner is Steve and his office manager is Melissa. (941.575.5910 or 239.573.5911). They are cheating people and playing on their emotions! They want a non-refundable $500 estimation fee and will not provide the estimate without payment. We were told the $500 may or may not apply if we hire them. And if we do not hire them we lose the full $500. Terrible! Talk about a conflict of interest. they control both sides of that transaction. Horrible! And the worst part is, the office manager told us $500 but Steve told us $250. Terrible. Please email us at rxstartnow@gmail.com for further details. We have complained to the Servpro corp office, BBB, and the FL commerce department.
Description of Work: water damage from Hurricane Irma. DO NOT HIRE THIS FRANCHISE!!! ServePro of north fort myers! they do not respond, they do not call back, they hangup on you, and most horrible is they are cheating poor innocent elderly people. Scaring the tenants telling them there is mold, when they have no tools to indicate mold until they pull out the wall. this is supply and demand, where the demand is high they know they can treat you poorly. extremely incompetent office manager and un-trusting owner. terrible customer service. the office manager tells me I cannot talk to the owner until after 3pm but when I called Corp ServPro and they called the owner, then the owner answers right away indicating he just happened to drop by the office and catch my call. disingenuous!
