+ -1 moreSo much damage from such a little leak. Came home from a trip to find my laminate floors buckling and my carpets saturated. Called ServPro right away (It's not the first time I've used them). The laminate floors were unsalvageable but, they immediately went to work getting the water out of my carpets and testing my walls and cabinets to see how much water they'd sucked up. Who knew a pinhole leak could produce such a flood! Fortunately, they were able to salvage my carpets, most of my drywall and all my cabinets. Only had to replace the flooring, a foot or two of some areas of drywall and a few baseboards. Servpro did an excellent job.
Description of Work: Cleaned up water damage from a pin hole leak in my ice maker hose.

+ -1 moreIt was horrible. It appears to be an insurance scam. They were difficult to deal with. They were rude and disrespectful. They left a mess. After they were done, we found additional mold. When they came back they were not very cooperative.
Description of Work: They took down the mold. They took down and put up sheet rock and pulled up carpet.
