I had an older Toshiba laptop. I saw an HP desktop that was 'self-contained', that is there was no 'black box' that would sit on the floor or atop the desk, advertised on QVC for a good price and ordered one. It was obvious to me that I would not be able to copy files and applications I had on my laptop to the new HP. I also knew if I copied everything on my laptop to the new computer I would be carrying over some trash to my new computer, which I did not want to do. I looked in the telephone book yellow pages for a company that could help me out. STS looked like they would be the ones to call, so I called and inquired if what I wanted done was what STS did. Sandro told me that was the type of service they provided, so I made an appointment to have him do the work.

Select Technologies, LLC was great in helping me understand and correcting my home computer problems and in setting up and networking the 2nd home computer for my wife. While doing the computer work, Select Technology also was instrumental in fixing my surround sound system so that it worked with the universal remote I bought! Their people stuck with the problem to correct the mistakes I had made. The Select Technology person who visited us did not seem like your typical IT person, they explained what is going on in a language that non-IT people like me could understand. That was very helpful and important. They were also very polite and never tried to sell me something I did not need or want, again something important to us seniors in the Cape. Computer starts of perfectly and most of all it is so much faster since he got rid of viruses, and cleaned up the hard drive. Excellent service. Took care of me immediately and repaired problems within 24 hours. I highly recommend him for his professionalism and knowledge.
