 + -1 moreNot happy with this company! I have been an outstanding customer who has paid my bills monthly on time. In fact they have my credit card on file to pay themselves. I got a text from the owner Dan Koehler who said they will no longer be monitoring my alarm or cameras and I had 30 days before they turned it off. They knew I was our of town for several moths but turned it off anyway putting my home at risk. Do not use this company, they obviously don't care about protecting their customers.
Description of Work: I need my monitoring service on! They texted me telling me they are turning it off for no apparent reason.

Description of Work: The system kept coming on and making a noise. They let us know that there was a problem. He did a total restart of the system and was able to fix the problem. He did not have to do what he was thinking was going to be wrong with it because he thought it was going to be a big problem. He knows what he's doing and does a good job. He didn't charge me for something extra that he didn't need to do.

 + -1 moreThey set our home automation system where we can lock and unlock our doors, as well as control our air conditioning from our phones; we can see our cameras from our phone, so we can check on our dogs when we aren't home. The alarm system is also set up with pet detectors, so we can have the alarm on without the dog's accidentally setting it off. Their prices are very competitive and we love the system. Also, when we initially put the system in we were on a tight budget, the technician let us know of other available technology, but he wasn't pushy in his sales tactics. Also, the only people who see our files are the owner and his wife, and they're very friendly.
Description of Work: They came out on two separate occasions to look at our home automation systems.

 + -1 morei have never had any problem with Dan . He is a gentleman and really knows his business.
Description of Work: Dan, the owner, came on time and helped show me how to change a few things on my alarm. i have a little memory problem and he was patient and even wrote out the directions for me to follow. Dan has come here on a few occasions and always looked neat and clean and very courteous.There wasnt any charge for the call.I have my system about 7 years and always tell everyone what a pleasure it isto do business with him.

Description of Work: I was in need of a security system and contacted Dan Koehler at Security Systems Plus. He scheduled to come out right away and provided me with security options. He was very punctual, knowledgeable and professional. Security is now in place and I could not be happier with the whole experience.
