 + -1 moreThe price couldn't have been to bad because it didn't leave a imprint in my mind. Just one guy came for the service call and it took less than half an hour. I really like their responsiveness and they are really good at explaining what they are doing. The workers are wonderful.

 + -1 moreThey were very professional. They arrived at the appointment time. The technicians kept me informed at each stage of the installation process. At the end of the installation they cleaned and took away all debris and the old unit. The owner of the company came to my house to ensure that I was satisfied with the work. I was called the following week to ensure that everything was working properly and to answer any questions. This is a very professional and well-run company.

 + -1 moreSome other person is the one who discovered that he had replaced the old parts with used parts, he was completely dishonest. He must have been very embarrassed that we found out , he never even came back to get the parts, we had used him before that is why we called him back, he fixed the problem but the matter of fact i do not know if there was a problem, he used a lot of Freon and it was expensive.
Description of Work: He replaced the air conditioning parts with used parts.

 + -1 moreThey were able to do the work within my time frame. Everything about them was fine. Actually, they had charged us a higher price. But we had done some checking in other places and somebody else had given us a lower bid. They accepted the lower bid.

Description of Work: Our AC unit had all of a sudden stopped pumping out cold air. I came home around 6pm to a very hot house. Schultz had put in our unit when we moved in 2 years ago, so I called them again just expecting to leave a message since it was after hours. The answering service was very friendly, and told me someone would call. Within 10 minutes, Julia called and assured me they would send someone out tomorrow. The next day, they called me to make sure my request from the answering service had been taken care of, and at around 2pm someone showed up. I didn't get his name, but he was very friendly and helpful. Within 10 minutes the problem was fixed, and he even showed me what to do if this ever happened again. Everyone that I dealt with was very friendly and professional. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you Schultz Refrigeration!!

 + -1 moreSchultz came out and took on a crummy repair job that no one else in my area wanted to do, and they did a fantastic job. The tech was extremely friendly and professional. He even took photos on his phone for me to see what the repair job looked like when he was done. I couldn't have asked for more.

 + -1 moreI stayed with him the entire time. He is very honest and does great work. I would recommend this company to anyone.
Description of Work: He removed the top and side panel and cleaned the evaperator and condenser, with a garden hose. I had a contract on this unit and they never cleaned this unit as well as he did. He replaced the panels and recharged the unit.

Description of Work: The serviceman(Adam ) checked air conditioner & air handler. Explained that alge had built up in drain line..flushed out. Had a UV light installed years ago and light burnt out. Asked if having light helped and I said no. He did not try to push another light. He explained everything to me ....

 + -1 moreA neighbor recommended him. It was excellent service and he responded quickly and did a great job. My husband dealt with him and he liked him very much and said he was very efficient. We would call them again. The price was reasonable.
