Roy and Jay were very nice. However they failed inspection after inspection. Being the licensed electricians you expect they know the codes and don’t make mistake after mistake. Their mistakes prevented us from gaining occupancy and at least 3 weeks extra rent or more. Our General Contractor said they wouldn’t use them again on future builds.
