 + -1 moreExcellent. I was expecting to pay about $800 to have a motor replaced but Claudio found a wire that was chaffed and cut so he spliced the wires together and made minor repairs on the units. He could have easily change the motor and charged me for it but instead he fixed what was wrong. HE'S HONEST!! Also the prices that he charges are remarkably fair.

 + -1 moreWe set up for service between 9 and 19AM. They arrived early (10 min), unlike others that never respond or come late. Thought I would have to buy a new slat, but they were able to install straps that solved the problem and saved he the cost of a new slat.
Description of Work: One of the shutter slats broke causing the whole assembly to jam and stop half way down.
