+ -1 moreExceptional in all respects! Rich was patient in explaining what he thought was going on. He took all necessary steps to rectify the problem. Additionally, he gave me some tips to assist with better performance. I believe the problem may have been more than he possibly anticipated; however, he worked through everything and resolved it. I was very impressed with his knowledge and willingness to help with any questions, even though they may not have been related to the problem he was 'hired' to deal with. Would highly recommend!!
Description of Work: Computer shutting down regularly with "blue screen" errors. Basically non functional.
