Jenna Billman was fantastic. Even before we traveled to Cape Coral to visit prospective homes, Jenna sent us numerous homes to consider to help narrow down the homes we might want to buy. She walked us through every step, even conducting a video pre-closing walk through as we could not attend in person. This agency is top notch! This is my third real estate transaction with this agency and again they did not disappoint. This time I had the pleasure of working with Jenna Billman. She had a purchase offer for me on day one of the listing which was slightly below list. She recommended a counter offer of full price based on her knowledge of the market. 2 days later i got the full price offer. The photographer she used took pictures with a drone which were far superior to the average listings I have seen. She marketed my property very well. Jenna is very pleasant to work with and goes above and beyond. She communicates progress every step of the way. I believe in addition to their knowledge of the industry and customer service, the monthly reports they present clearly set them apart from any other agent.

Jenna was such a big part of why we felt so confident in investing long distance. She was always very prompt to respond to requests & questions. Guided us through the Florida processes (which are different from the ones we are used to). She was always very honest , gave us recommendations and even helpful information that we did not inquire about. I have already recommended Jenna to my friends and family. She was also able to refer me to local insurance agents and bankers. Everyone she referred were excellent as well. Jenna was very mindful of our time constraints , time difference and abilities. I bought my house from Tom & Sue 7 years ago and thought they would be a a good agent to sell it. They sent one of their associates, Natalie More, to start the process and I could have not wanted anything "More". She was on top of everything, She knew the market and worked with Tome and Sue to set the asking price and had 10+ showings the first two days. When the first offer fell through she set up more showings and I got a cash offer for more than asking price with an escalation clause (they would up their offer). Beyond that Natalie could not do enough for me lining up companies to do work. I felt like I was being looked after by a "mother hen" who didn't care that I would never see her again in a month. Tom and Sue were fantastic! Cape Coral is a very "hot" real estate market. Which can make purchasing a property extremely difficult...especially since we do not live in the area. They made it easy and exciting. I knew right after my first conversation with Tom that I had chosen the right real estate agents. They are a husband and wife team with many years’ experience between them. They are extremely knowledgeable about the area and value of property as it pertains to water access, neighborhoods and asking price relative to the current market. Each of them working on different aspects of the process in finding, negotiating and closing on a home. In the end, my wife and I found a house that was EXACTLY what we were looking for. And, after some hard negotiating on Tom's part, came in on the low end of our budget! Their reputation/reviews are well earned. I would not hesitate to us them again and/or recommend them to anyone I know looking for property in the area.

My husband and I cannot believe how stress-free and easy the waterfront home buying process was with Tom & Sue. They were a pleasure to do business with. Sue kept us up to date on the properties that were in our search criteria and answered all questions quickly through email or text. When it came time for us to travel to Cape Coral to look at homes, Sue sent us a list of homes we wanted to see and the times we would see them. We toured the homes on the list and she even brought us back to see one we saw earlier in the day as she wanted to make sure we were completely happy. Very relaxing time while viewing the homes, never were we rushed or pushed into buying. We found a home in one day, we never thought it would be that easy for us, but it was Tom & Sue who told us the good and bad of properties that we were interested in before we arrived. Once we were ready to make an offer on our dream home Tom advised us on the proper offer to make, Tom is very knowledgeable in real estate strategies and negotiating. Tom stayed in communication with the seller and made sure he received all documentation needed and also kept us informed. Our offer was accepted, and we closed 22 days later on the property. Even after closing Tom and Sue both continued to assist with the punch list that needed to be complete on the property, and still today they continue to keep in touch and ask if we need any assistance with our home. I have reached out a few times to Sue for advice on Property Managers, Drs, schools, landscaping, and other home services in the Cape area and she always answers very quickly.... Tom even assisted my husband and me on some financial decisions, which both came out great. This man knows his business.
