Needed ceiling fans put up, problem with glass door lock and fixed them.. Hung venetian blinds in 5 rooms.. He can do anything.. Have used him many times.. Watches my property when at my other home.. Very Reasonable

+ -1 moreReady When You Are does an excellent job of maintaining our home on an going basis. We were very pleased with the installation of the keypad and ceiling fixture. The work was done quickly and professionally at a very reasonable price. We would not hesitate to use Ready When You Are for any maintenance or handyman needs in our home.
Description of Work: We are snow birds and depend on Ready When You Are to keep our property secure and to ensure everything is in good working order. Lloyd visits twice a month and has an extensive checklist he goes through. He follows up each visit with an email to let us know what he found. On one occasion we had a call from the phone company wanting to enter our home to install a line. We immediately called Lloyd and he looked after the situation. He has also done electrical installations for us including a garage keypad and ceiling fixture.
