+ -1 moreAt the last hour, the bank processing our home refinance emailed me yesterday and stated that we need a termite inspection! Ralph and Richard arrived here less than 24 hours later! After a most thorough inspection was performed, he said we were clear from any pests, and his report would be sent to the bank today! We still may be able to close on our home before year end, thanks to Ralph and his extremely prompt service! I highly recommend him for any home inspection needs you may have. PS He just called to tell me the fax to the bank has been sent! Yay! We hopefully will close before the 31st!
Description of Work: Ralph and Richard Renfro examined our 2200 sq ft home, lanai and attic for termites, as required by the bank processing our refinance. They went to the attic, looked under the sinks, tapped the baseboards in every room, and throughout the house they looked at the edge of where the walls and ceilings meet. They walked around the inside and outside of the house and examined every nook and cranny. I held my breath, hoping they would not find anything.
