Mr. Moisa charged $80 in the summer for every week service and $50 in the winter for two cuts a month. Our last contact with him was a cut plus discussion with him about his man cutting our pool screen with his weed cutting machine that cost us $55.00 to repair. Due to language barriers, it is difficult to discuss issues with him. We with held $50.00 because of the screen cutting and he seemed to agree that this was fair. We discussed this on the phone with Mr. Moisa and we all seemed agreed that this is what happened. Yesterday, 01/06/15 was his scheduled day to resume cutting after the new year, and begin his regular schedule. Mr. Moisa also had a customer directly across the street from us and he did cut the neighbors lawn. I expected him to do ours next as was his habit. After about 1/2 hr. went by, I looked out to see his progress and He and his workers were gone. I called Mr. Moisa immediately and got an answering machine. I left a message to call me at night. No call came. He has essentially just blown us off with no discussion. I would not recommend this man and his service to anyone. Understand, though speaking little English we managed to have a good relationship. A word here and a pointed finger there along with a smile we could usually communicate pretty good. My wife was especially nice to him and his crew, giving them bottled water or soda on hot days. We would even pay more than he asked if it appeared to us that it was a bigger job than thought. He always accepted the tips and/or extra pay with no problem. He reminded her of her late father so those two got along really well. Despite doing a good job riding around on his lawn mower, his helpers needed constant reminders to do tasks that were already agreed upon such as blowing out the frog dung and other debris that collected around the windows. We always paid him more than he asked because like I said earlier, my wife thought of him as a man like her father. Even though it was past the holidays, my wife had a $100.00 bill to give him yesterday as a gesture of good will and friendship. Understand, the only way the screen could have been damaged was with a stone thrown threw the screen by his workers weed machine. All I can say about this man is to be very wary of his work and be on your toes. I worked with a man like this when I lived in NY and I always referred to him as a smiling crocodile. There are very similar circumstances here.

Called him because the person that was suppose to be doing our lawn was not showing up and because we live in a different state we were unaware. Tried Mr. Moisa and our neighbors have said he does a great job and does extra things as well.

He is very dependable and he knows what he is doing. The lawn looks great, and he will even do extra work when needed.

He cuts, edges and blows the grass. He is professional, reliable and very friendly. He is a very hard working person and has done some extra work for me at no extra cost. His pricing is fair as well. The quality of his work is good and I have been satisfied with his service.
