They have been doing the service for years. When they came back and did the annual check, they said that the filter was dirty and they replaced it. They did not have one in the truck. Three days later, they called and asked if they could come out that morning at 9 o’clock and replace the filter. The guy showed up at five after nine and within 10 minutes that was it. They came on time when they said they would. They called a head of time and said that they were on their way and they would be here in 15 to 20 minutes when he said.

The quality of the work itself was adequate but the guy left on the job needed supervision, was unfocused, constantly distracted, left a mess everywhere he worked, never cleaned up after himself wouldn't stop talking to the rest of the trades on the job and almost caused a delay of the overall job. Would not use this company again and certainly wouldn't recommend them to another homeowner or contractor.

the company was sent out because the air conditioner system was constantly running and the electric bills were very high. They removed the evaporator coil and cleaned it of debris, and replaced a fan motor they said was cutting out.The system in the following weeks got worse, now not cooling the house at all. When they made a second visit, they reported that the evaporator coil was now leaking. They added refrigerant and left, saying the whole system needed to be replaced. At this point we contacted another company and they replaced the system. We feel that they caused the leak and we should have at least gotten back some of the $700 that they charged us. When we contacted the company,they said that they would not guarantee their work and refused to give us any refund. Also noted, they gave us a quote of $3300 for a 2 ton system. The second company replaced the system with a 2.5 ton Rheem system for $2650. We also feel that if they were upfront with us and told us on the first visit that they would not be able to fix the system, we would have had the system replaced at that time, not after they charged us $700 to NOT fix the system.
