They could only narrow down the problem. When I drove away I could tell that they did not get the air cleaner installed properly. Had to take it back and the mechanic gave me a death look that I was questioning his work. He avoided me when he found out that I was right. Overall a bad experience. Lady at front desk is very unfriendly.

It was a good experience. I spent about $125. I would say they do a worth while job and I have no complaints.

My experience with them was very good. The service was free of cost. I know somebody who works there and they referred me to the company. My husband took my car there before I knew the person and they did some work and he liked it and he found them to be professional so we suck with them

I have only been there once about a year ago. I would not use them in the future. I got a basic oil change, and I got halfway home, and my entire engine started smoking.

Their prices are very competitive. They check my tires when I'm going out of town. I've not had any problems with them.

Everything seems to be okay. They probably checked the radiator and other fluids but it's been so long ago. They didn't do that much so if they did more extensive work then I would have a better idea of what they can do and what their service is. Their price seems reasonable. They did a fine job but they did seem to take a little while more than I thought.

Everything was great. They support one of my girl's School as well. My husband liked the service and he was happy. They did great work. My husband seemed to be good with the price.

They were great- I made an appointment and they were prepared for me when I got there. I got the car back when promised. I used the premier auto in Cape Coral on Chiquita Parkway. My review is based the Premier Auto in Cape Coral.

It was terrible. They had my car for 3 or 4 weeks without contacting me. I finally called them to see if the work was finished and they had no idea who I was. I ended up just leaving with the car and the "Check Engine" light was still on.

This is the only place we take our automobiles for service. Oil changes on GMC Acadia and SL 500 Mercedes. They have resolved a problem with a security alarm that continued to go off, while replacing all tires on the Mercedes they noticed the brakes were well worn so they replaced the brakes and turned rotor. They have taken care of our daughter and son-in-law's vehicles as well and I can say that we are all very happy with our relationship with Premier. They will also take you home if need be and pick you up. Nice friendly and fair people to do business with.

I had an oil change done on my 2003 BMW X5 approximately three weeks ago. The mechanic said it looked like the cv joint needed to be replaced (there was oil shooting out the side of it). I brought it back on March 28th and received a phone call later that day. The CV joint was intact it just needed to be tightened up. I also had told the service center that there was a hesitation with the transmission when I first started the truck in the morning. They took it for a test drive and heard what I described was happening. I discussed this with Chuck and he said they could do a transmission flush. I talked with him the following day and he said they couldn't get the pan and filter from BMW till Tuesday, so I could either check the levels and top off the fluid or wait. I check the levels and top off. I also had a small leak from the differential that they fixed. All my concerns were addressed. Very professional, knowledgeable and honest staff!!!

They were pretty good but said I needed a number of repairs amounting to about $800. I hate when these shops do that cause I don't know if they are really needed. I found a top rate auto repair on Angies List and sent them the list. They were about $200 less! I will take my car there for the next oil change and find out if I really need the repairs!

Had to be towed in after blowing a tire. I wanted a specific tire used as a replacement. They also determined that another existing tire I had on the vehicle had reached the end of its reliable service life and suggested I replace it as well. They found exactly what I requested and did the work the same day, This is the second time I have used them because of their professionalism, punctuality and great communication, not to mention a "can do" attitude. Its vital to have a reliable service center that is so professional and punctual.

My 2002 Envoy died one day. As it was a second car I didn't get it fixed right away. Well after a year went by I decided to get it fixed and back on the road. I had an oil change on another Vehicle at Premier Auto Service in Cape Coral, and liked the non pushy but infornative way the handled that transaction so I thought I would give them a shot, at what I knew was going to be a big job I dropped the Envoy off first thing in the morning and by midday the dreaded phone call came. Yes it was a big job with a large price tag, but the way they explained what was needed and the way they kind of felt the pain with me, I knew what they were telling me is what was needed to make a professional repair that I could rely on. Repairs were completed that day. I picked up the vehicle they gave me a list of a few things to keep an eye on, again no pressure, and I have not had a single problem with the repair they completed and the Envoy runs great. I would recommend them to anyone in the Cape that needs auto repair. Steve Dorsha

They were prompt, but I specifically told them it was not the battery and they tried to charge me $25 for testing the battery. I told them to take the fee off and they did, but I do not like being charged for an issue I already knew was not the problem. It goes to trust of the provider.

So far, it has been good.We felt that the price was fair.

Things went fine with this company. They had good communication, and were very professional.

I have found them to be very honest and reliable. From my Sion XB to my one ton commercial van they have done a great job.
