He took a deposit from us for THOUSANDS of dollars, never secured the correct material and when we asked for our money back he quoted his "contract" sating he has 90 days leaving us high and dry with no flooring and no deposit. His "guarantee" on his paintwork us not satisfactory. His subs painted over our AC vent resulting in an emergency service call and ultimately cost us a new A/C unit in which he advised us that we had to file the claim on his behalf. More work, time and money than this should have been. When we asked for the painting job to be corrected he sent out more subs that we spent an hour with showing them what needed to be done then as soon as we left, the subs disappeared, never to finish the work. Please look at Better Business Bureau homeowners reviews as well as his former subs and employees that have all been victimized by this man. In my opinion, this guy is a con artist, quick to take your money, but when it comes to giving it back, he never answers why he simply cannot give it back, since he never secured anything to begin with. Why wouldn't an ethical business man simply give back a clients money vs dragging it out for 90 days I wonder? 90 days is up in a few weeks. I will update the reviews to reflect how he handled the matter.
