Rich is absolutely fantastic! He returned my call quickly, within about 2 hours. He was very polite and professional. I talked to him in the afternoon and he was able to schedule a service visit for 10:00 am the next morning. Another highly rated contractor from Angie's List gave me his name when they couldn't help me right away. That is a real sign of respect, when your peers are willing to recommend you. Quick phone response. Able to get there early the next day. Very polite, professional, friendly. Could not ask for more. Highly recommended! Cost is base charge plus time.

This was a very difficult leak. I first heard the leak Friday night 11pm through the outside bedroom wall. We called Rich first thing in the morning and he quickly came over to help us out. Rich had to dig a trench outside around the concrete slab that my a/c unit sits on, to find the pipe that runs from the water meter into my house. After hours and hours of digging and still not finding the leaking pipe he called in Jerry from LeakPro to assist in finding the leaking pipe. Jerry responded immediately and shortly thereafter was able to determine the location of the pipe with his leak detection equipment. Rich then had to dig down approx 2 1/2 feet deeper then he's ever seen before to fix this problem pipe. Rich then cut off the damaged pipe and rerouted the new pipe into the new water main shut off valve he installed. He also replaced the hose bib. The day was a total nightmare. This was one of the worst jobs Rich has ever seen. The only saving grace was Rich and Jerry who could not have been more professional. I would not hestitate to recommend either one of them for any leak or plumbing problem you might have.

Rich fit me into his schedule that day so that we did not have to go 24 hours without water. He replaced the ancient cut-off valves under the sink, replaced the faulty faucet, and replaced the trap.

He was on time, polite and personable. He did a very thorough job at a fair price. I'd definitely recommend and use him again.

A friend referred this company. I called and Rich came out as promised. He assessed the old disposal, which had rusted out, and recommended several options with no hard sell on anything. He removed and replaced the disposal quickly.
