Description of Work: They installed a new lanai which entailed adding concrete over existing riverrock, as well as removing old riverstone and putting in new concrete over bare ground (merging the two areas into one). Removing old screening and old roof & installing new. Screening the entire area with two doors, installing ceiling fans and the electrical. All work was done well. | |The negative response is due to initial wait time after they removed the original lanai, and our inability to contact them. They didn't return phone calls or emails for about 3 weeks.

+ -1 moreI called to schedule an appointment to have rest of pool enclosure replaced. It just so happened that their crew was doing another job the following day very close to my home. They asked if they could come out and do my job that same day since they would be in the area. Of course I said yes. They already had the measurements from an estimate they had given me 11 months prior. I took a chance and asked if they would still honor that estimate which most businesses wouldn't and they said yes since I was a repeat customer. I was very happy with this. Kurt and his son came out the following day and worked non-stop and had my new screen in within a matter of hours. They did a fabulous job and I love my new screen. Kurt and his son were very prompt and professional. I have been very pleased with their work every time they have come to my home and have recommended them to all my friends.
Description of Work: Replaced cage walls and roof with super screen bug mesh around pool and moved doggy door to another location.

+ -1 moreEverything went very well. Kurt and his associate showed up right on time. They had the old screen removed in no time. Putting in the new screen did take a little more time than removal which is to be expected if you want a good job done. They had the new screen replaced in a very timely and efficient manner. The new screen is very sturdy and was installed very well and now is puppy proof. I am so glad Kurt suggested this particular screen to me. Not only does it keep the pets inside it keeps the bugs outside where they belong. Can't wait to get the rest of the screen enclosure done.
Description of Work: First Kurt came out to give me estimates for all my lower screen panels to be replaced since my new puppy busted them all out. He also gave me an estimate for a later date to replace the remainder of all my screen panels for my pool cage since they are quite aged. Today they removed and replaced all my lower screen panels of my pool cage as well as the front screen door with super PET screen bug mesh charcoal screen. Will have them return at a later date to replace remainder of screen panels with a good bug mesh.
