Our search went very well overall - initially we were looking in more than one community but as we spent time looking at homes with Penny we zeroed in on the city of Cape Coral as where we wanted to be. Penny learned our likes and dislikes early on and was able to hone the viewing list to match. All in all it is a very successful association and we will be closing on our new home this month.
Description of Work: Penny helped us find a home in Cape Coral within our budget in the very short time we had to search. She is very knowledgeable about the area, market and available homes in the area. She is a pleasure to work with and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a home in the Cape Coral area.
