New drive works great and work was done timely and for fair price.

I had a local company come by, and because it did not do it in front of the repair man, he said nothing was wrong. It rapidly became worse. PC Support not only was able to guess correctly what was wrong, but because they knew I was disabled, bought an additional part just in case it was another problem. It was my monitor, they accessed it quick and with a new monitor everything is fine. I even learned that my custom built computer has the same components that they use. I am very happy with PC Support.

When I took my lap top to them, it wouldn't work at all. It would lock up the minute I turned it on. They serviced my lap top, per the timing and price quoted. My lap top now runs great! I would definitely use them in the future.

Jake was a very personable and knowledgeable young man. He arrived on time, set up the printer right away, and figured out and corrected the problem with the email. When I told him about problems I was having with my iPhone, he fixed it too. He was here about 35 -45 minutes.

They did a great job with a high degree of professionalism and friendliness. I would recommend them to all my friends.

The technician was professional and efficient. He spent about 20 minutes with me and did not charge anything. I followed up with his suggestion as to the problem and contacted the manufacture who completed the repair ( I had to ship it to California) with no charge and no shipping fee.

They were very understanding of my less than stellar technical knowledge, provided me with options that were easy to understand and helped me make an informed decision.

I was quite impressed with PC Support Group. This is a family run business and I was impressed with each and every one them. Zac, the tech that worked on my laptop, spent several hours cleaning up my hard drive. He also installed files for me to use to keep my hard drive clean from malware and other unwanted programs. I highly recommend this company and will definitely will use them again.

I brought in my 2006 Dell Desktop PC which is ancient in computer terms. I fully expected them to recommend purchasing a new unit which I was strongly considering. They listened patiently to my description of the problem, diagnosed the issue and offered various repair options. Once a path was chosen they explained what they were going to do and quoted me a "ballpark" price. They had the job done within hours and offered advice on how to extend the life of the computer. The service, price and professionalism were outstanding. I will never take my computers to any place else!

Went well. They provided service over the phone that cost me nothing and gave me what I needed to know to make a decision.

After Comcast left us without internet connectivity, Andres with PC Support came in and helped us connect wireless computers to the internet, got our printer working, resolved some other computer glitches and made some suggestions for better service. Andres was called before arrival. Was well within the scheduled appointment time. He was knowledgeable and professional. He was also conscientious. He would not leave until we were completely satisfied that everything was working as it should. This is the second time we have used PC Support, and highly recommend their services. They will definitely use them again if tech support is needed.

Computer had been locked by the FBI virus and I had taken it to a well known chain for repair. They were unable to open the computer to clean it, but said they could remove the virus for a cost of $200+. Said I would lose my files. I checked Angie's List and found PC Support Group. Talked w/Jerry and he said he had worked on several computers, including his own, that had the virus. Brought in my computer and they had it up and running the next day with all my files, pictures, music, etc. intact. Their price was so much lower than the other company and done quickly. Thank you all the fellas at PC Support. You'll get my business from now on.

The tech was able to remove a virus and get the computers up and running. I was satisfied and would probably use them again.

He did a couple of things on his computer and got my email back. He didn't charge me a cent, and he was very nice!

They were very prompt and quickly fixed our wireless network problem. They finished their work in less than 20 minutes but as they explained when we scheduled their service, it was $99 minimum for the house call and only $35 if we brought the equipment in their shop. Because our problem seemed to be wiring or network in our home we felt the home visit was required. They got us up and running quickly, so the $99 was well spent.

They pushed a new battery on me but when I took the computer in to be fixed they couldn't fix it. I ended up giving them the computer to pay for the new battery that they couldn't take back. They did work with me to work it all out but I am out a computer now.

These are very nice folks to work with, from the initial phone call to taking our laptop into the shop, to picking it up. The tech we worked with explained what was needed to my husband, tried to see if he could get the optical drive to work before accepting it for service, performed the service in less time than expected, and showed me that the new optical drive worked fine when I went to pick it up. Would definitely recommend them and use them again!

As I had never had the need for any computer service performed before, I was a little unsure and concerned as to what the cost would be and if I would be dealt with fairly. Because my only computer was down, I called Angie's list and spoke with a representative over the phone who gave me information for a couple of the best A rated repair shops in the area. I decided to try PC Support Group because of their top rating, the fact that they had a $10 off repair coupon available, and they were close at hand. On my initial phone consultation with them I spoke with Tom, the Sr. Network Specialist, to get a bench fee estimate and to see how long it would be before my computer could be analyzed. Fortunately, from what I told him over the phone, he said it sounded like my hard drive and that hopefully he could salvage it. He told me there was no wait time and they were running a special on their computer analysis/tune-up rate. I took the laptop in, but as it was a Friday afternoon, I was told I would receive a repair estimate (if necessary) by Monday morning. Needless to say I was overjoyed when Tom called me before noon on Monday to let me know the computer was fixed and ready for pickup at no additional cost! The problem did turn out to be a bad sector in the hard drive, but he was able to transfer the data to a different sector resulting in no data loss. He did however inform me that I needed to start saving for a replacement computer because the hard drive in its present condition was dicey at best, could go at any time, and would not last outside of a year tops. Due to the age of my laptop, replacing the hard drive or anything else would not be a good investment. He took the time to patiently and thoroughly answer all of my questions to my satisfaction. When I picked up the computer that afternoon, Jerry (the owner?) took care of me and gave me some ideas on the cost of a replacement laptop. He was also very kind to personally print out the Angie's list coupon for the additional $10 off my bill since I had no way to print it out myself! All in all I could not have had a more pleasant experience with getting my laptop repaired. My initial concerns were more than well taken care of; I was treated fairly and given a great price to boot. The people were genuinely warm and friendly, and I received excellent service along with honest advice! I highly recommend PC Support Group for your computer repair needs.

After a quick phone call, I decided to bring it in to the shop. The young man who waited on me was courteous & friendly. I left my computer, expecting to be without it for two weeks at least. Imagine my surprise when I called to see if they had looked at it & they told me it was done! Less than 48 hours and only $75! I was very pleased, having been used to waiting several weeks & paying outrageous fees at other places. My laptop is once again working like a charm thanks to these fine people! If, Heaven forbid, I should have any more pc issues, I will definitely be taking my computer here to be repaired.

First contact via phone with Tom and no charge. He was very helpful and guided me through some possible fixes. After a few minutes it became obvious I needed to bring in equipment to further troubleshoot. Tom got PC to work with router in a short amount of time and only charged $35. I then returned home to connect my new wireless Printer. It would not work. I called Tom and he suggested I bring in the new Printer with my PC and wireless Router. I did so and after about 1 hour of troubleshooting determined my router was faulty and needed to be replaced with newer faster unit. He spent considerable amount of time with me explaining all I needed to know and at no additional charge beyond the $35 I initially paid. I have replaced my old router and everything now appears OK. I highly recommend them to anyone needing computer repair and maintainence.

As soon as we brought in the computer they asked a couple of questions and immediately unscrewed the back. They could identify that the capacitors were beyond repair. No charge was asked of us for this quick analysis.

My laptop works good, but I have no experience to compare to. Will most likelly use them again.
