Signed a contract for Paver Medics to strip bad sealer to rid the pavers of the "white" look and reseal to restore the "red" look, plus we paid extra to use polymeric sand, instead of the normal sand used, to fill the gaps and tighten the loose pavers. Andres Zapata, the owner of the company, told us that the polymeric sand would harden and not wash away plus it would keep the ants from burrowing up between the pavers. The pavers in the lanai area are still "white" and the sand has washed away, the ants are still there, and many of pavers are still loose. We have called Andres Zapata three times. Three appointments have been made for him to come over and rectify this problem and each time he has not showed up, nor bothered to contact us. The fourth time we called, it was to inform him that we were going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, which we have done. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE NOT HONORABLE!!!!!
Description of Work: They were paid to strip old sealer and reseal pavers in lanai and pool area. Repair sinking pavers and fill gaps with polymeric sand.

They quoted a good price for the job so we went ahead with it. I was out of town when they did the job so my wife paid them by check as soon as they were done. Shon Hammond of Paver Medics's company replaced broken decreative pavers on our driveway. The work looks like a little kid did it. My wife called Shon Hammond and he said he would come out and repair the job. He has never shown and does not return phone calls. I left a message with a woman at his phone number and she promised he would call the next day but he never did. I have pictures to show how the pavers are not aligned straight, are not level, the grout is the wrong color and is coming apart already. Some of the pavers are coming apart . The original pavers were there for almost 30 years, so I think 30 days is not acceptable. They also took all the extra pavers we paid for and haven't returned them. He also said he was licensed and insured, and we found out afterwards that he is not. Stay away from him and his company.
