Excellent. Very prompt and personable. Scheduled very quickly and completed the work efficiently with close attention to detail. Will definitely use again.

Ryan did a beautiful job remodeling our two guest bath/bedroom suites. From start to finish he was professional, respectful, communicative and responsive. He and his wife, Sharon, had great ideas for making the outcome better than I could imagine. And, most importantly, his work is absolutely beautiful. He worked within my time and budget constraints and overcame several issues that were outside our control, like a vanity arriving damaged (he repaired it and it looks perfect now). He gutted and remodeled two bathrooms and painted and replaced trim in the bedrooms. We also hired him to replace damaged soffit and fascia outside. I would recommend Ryan and Sharon without hesitation.

Terrible, many promises to come by, appmts made, phone calls and emails exchanged and NOTHING. Maybe these guys are too busy but they certainly are marching to their own drummer. Too many other good guys to use.

I called and left a message twice but never heard back.

We're going to use him in the future and we're also going to recommend him to people around where we live.

I am very satisfied with the work that was done. Work was done efficiently and worker arrived on time. The room that had the drywall repair and painting looks like new. Everything was left clean and in good order.

However for other Handyman Services I would absolutly call on her to price the job which she is licensed to do.

They were easy to work with and helped me select the correct doors for my home. They are very busy and I did have to wait a couple of week for them to come to my house but it was well work the wait. I would use again. They also suggestion an AC man that I used and he was also very good,

Went well, charged less than originally estimated, friendly& professional. I'd hire them again.

Obviously it didn't go well because they never called me back and thus they were not hired after our initial conversations

It didn't. Sharon came did initial measuring, etc, but Ryan never showed up the following Tuesday to measure the 3 sliding doors, pool door and sliding service window. Oh well, their loss.

The project went wonderfully! We were very pleased with Ryan and his capable crew. We had purchased some of the supplies and accidentally purchased some incorrect plumbing supplies. (We are true novices). Ryan said "no worries at all, we can purchase the correct ones for you." The team was knowledgeable, professional, polite, clean, and well spoken. In addition, Sharon was also a great communicator with us.

Fabulous. The list of thing I needed done would have taken me many weekends and a million trips to Lowes but Ryan was able to get through it all in one day. Feels so nice to have everything in my house working and no nagging to-do list over my head.

He came out to our house and described exactly what he was going to do and then quoted us a very fair price. When the work was done, everything descried took place and the work was impeccable.

Excellent work! Cabinets look great and have added a lot of storage capacity.

They did a great job with everything. The only reason we grade them lower on "responsiveness" is the very long wait time to have a job begun. This is due primarily to him being in such high demand all the time.

I highly recommend them and will be using them on future updates to the house. They showed up on time and everything looked great once they were finished.

I contacted the company for my mother and then Sharon contacted her and set up appt. My mom was happy with the work and said Ryan and the other guy were friendly enough and did a good job. We both were a little shocked at the high price. I suppose it was because there was two guys. So, I emailed Sharon regarding the price and never got a response.

We had used Paradise Handyman previously and were happy with the results so we called them again. Ryan does a great job and they're great to work with. We would hire them again.

On Wednesday, November 2nd at 1:09 PM, I called Paradise Handyman Services. I got their voice mail with a pleasant message from Sharon. I left a message about the repair work I needed done and asked them to return the call. The call lasted all of 58 seconds. 2 days later on November 4th after no return call, I decided to send a message via Angies List as I know folks can be busy and this might be a better way to make contact. I asked once again if they could contact me and indicated I even had pictures of the repair I needed done if that would help. It is now November 14th and I have heard nothing via phone or Angie's List. They have good reviews on their work but the bad reviews seem to revolve around not being responsive when inquiring about work. As a former business owner I know things can get busy, but not to return a call is unacceptable. I was not in a hurry for the repair and would have been satisfied with a call that indicated they were busy and couldn't get to my repair for a few weeks. But once again no e-mail response or phone call. So this warrants an F rating.
