Daryl was responsive to the first call and very friendly on the visit. The process was very thorough. He checked all parts of the air conditioner, was able to make several adjustments to improve performance, and discussed all aspects of the process. This process was much more extensive than service calls I have had in the past.

I have been a homeowner of homes in two states and have worked with many tradesmen and professionals over the years. I can say that Daryl of Ocean Breeze Heating and Cooling ranks among the best I have worked with. Being unfamiliar with the pros in the SW Florida area, I relied on reviews to request quotes. What impressed me with Daryl’s reviews was his attention to detail, personality and quality of work. I requested a quote and met with Daryl the next day. He spent 40 minutes reviewing my options and took the time to show me pictures of his work from other sites. Not only did he discuss the specifics of the various AC units, but he suggested how he could make the current installation look much neater in the inside and protect the lines on the outside. His estimate was very reasonable. He communicated with me regularly between awarding him the job and the day of installation. He arrived on time and again took time to explain the various parts of the installation. During the installation he continually cleaned up any debris and finished in a timely fashion. His work was flawless and his promise of improving the esthetics of the inside installation was met. We are very happy with the performance of the system which was a slight upgrade from what we had. From our initial consultation to completion was an exceptional process. Our new unit and service and pricing was completed timely, and beyond our expectation. His workmanship and his work ethic goes beyond exceptional. His follows up to answered all my new questions after completion because I’m visual and he had the patience to come back because he wanted me to know he is a phone call away.

Ocean Breeze Heating and Cooling replaced all the duct work that we had along with replacing the entire HVAC system on our house with a modern and more energy efficient system. They got the whole house done and ready in 2 days flat! Awesome work and awesome worker(s) as well. They literally took care of everything for me. I did not need to lift a finger. After they were done, They cleaned up everything and took all the old pieces away that were replaced. And as a bonus, they replaced the registers in each room with new white ones and they threw in a UV Light for disinfecting the air handler, all FREE of charge. Then they patiently explained to us everything they did and let us know how it worked. Seriously, if you have ANYTHING HVAC related to do at your house, you really CANNOT go wrong in choosing Ocean Breeze Heating and Cooling. We think they were simply the BEST. You will think so too!
