 + -1 moreShe called me back right away and asked some good questions, about damage extent, smell, electric bills, etc. She told me over the phone she didn't think I needed insulation take-out or addition, but gave me a ballpark amount if I decided I did want her to look. We ended up having someone come out for another reason, and they ended-up agreeing with her phone assessment. Seemed knowledgeable and honest. Great job!
Description of Work: I called to see about getting an estimate on taking out insulation from the attic after rats had been in there and removed.

 + -1 moreUda at the office is very accommodating. Working around our schedule. We talked three times before I could actually set a date. Once set, time was set and Karen showed up right on schedule. She got up in the attic and went to work. had the whole thing done in aprox 35 minutes. I went up to inspect with her and she showed me where the worst spots were and she had blown in a little more there. It was a pleasure working with this company and appreciated their patience with us.
