Northern Blend

Description of Work: I hired them to take care of our lawn and sprinkler system in February, 2011. We do not live full time at this home, and I thought I had found a company that I could trust to take care of the lawn/sprinkler system in my absence. In May, they were to start mowing once a week and I found out in June from our Pool people that the lawn was knee high, and had not been mowed in at least three weeks. I called and they did come out the next day and told me that my name was not moved to the weekly list. I asked for a statement on my account, which I had asked several times before, and was told that their computer was not working, but would get one to me as soon as possible, and as of July 7th, I still have not received a statement. In February 2011 we had a fence put in and they hit our sprinkler line in the back and side yard. I called Nick and he told me that he had fixed the system and that it was working correctly. In June when we hired the new lawn company, they told me that something was wrong with our sprinkler system, I called another company to check out the system, and come to find out that our system was not fixed and not working correctly at all; one head was totally missing and the others were not working that were moved and fixed by Northern Blend. I was told that we will have to have a new system put in to correct the problems. I Emailed Northern Blend to see if they warranted their work, and have not heard back from them, I am still waiting on a statement and a reply to the warranty question.
