 + -1 moreDavid arrived on time every day during the week of work. Each day he would explain every step of what he was doing. The work involved stapling the shell; removing the vanishing edge tiles and resetting them straight; taking care of a wire that was coming through the floor; and sealing two large cracks on the outside wall of the pool area. I am extremely happy with the outcome!
Description of Work: I had a crack in the shell of the pool. My original pool builder revamped their company and while I had a lifetime warranty on the shell, they refused to fix it because "we didn't build your pool." Very frustrating for me! Along comes Neptune Pool Service who provided an extensive proposal and did a fabulous job on fixing my pool! While they were a little more expensive than the other quotes I received, the proposal they submitted listed everything they were going to do and how they were going to do it. The owner came out a few days before and went over the whole proposal with me again so we both knew where we stood.

pool cleaners
 + -1 moreThey're lousy. Their price would have been okay if they did the work. The quality was terrible. They didn't show up to do the work. The pool turned green. They showed up once but they didn't come back out again.

Description of Work: Provided an initial quote quite fast. Visited their business within a couple of weeks and decided to investigate a scaled down version of original request/quote. Were told that they would rebid within a few days but never did. No further contact was made by either party.

Description of Work: Our pool skimmer was coming out of our decking and a large area was damaged. They placed a new skimmer and anchored it into the deck. They also repaired this area and one by the ladder. They did a great job.

Description of Work: I had the coping and tile of my swimming pool redone. The job took 12 business days. They came as promised and did not leave the work-site until the job was complete. They kept me informed throughout the process on what they were doing and cleaned the lanai and returned the furniture to its original location.

 + -1 moreThe work was done on time and in a professional manner. Another vendor did the paver installation around the pool, and Neptune coordinated with that work perfectly. We will continue to use Neptune for pool maintenance as they are qualified to preserve the lifetime warranty of the Pebble-Tec. We couldn't be more pleased with the results!
Description of Work: Resurfaced our condo pool with Pebble-Tec, removed and replaced waterline tile.

 + -1 moreOur pool was in bad shape and not usable for several years due to deteriorating fiberglass liner. Obtained estimates from three companies. Neptune's estimate was not the lowest. However, the person who did the estimate, Rick Hough, was the most professional, knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions clearly. The owner of the company arranged for us to see two pools that were resurfaced recently by Neptune. We watched the work every day for about three weeks... it was very impressive. Our new pool turned out far better than we expected... very happy with the result. As a result, we switched pool services to Neptune... the technician is excellent.
Description of Work: Removed old fiberglass pool liner and tile around top of pool and fountain, installed new tile, resurfaced pool and fountain with PebbleTec, replaced broken ladder rungs, refilled pool and treated pool with required chemicals.
