These guys do a great job, always. They have consistently helped me avoid costly repairs if not needed at this time. Wes has fabricated a part for me to repair a switch in the ac/heater system that saved hundreds of dollars. When that same part broke three years later he fixed it again for no charge. Excellent skills, honest, professional, courteous, fair prices. I left a fabulous shop up North thinking I'd never find the equivalent down here. I asked them what to look for in a shop down here and they told me....independent owner and what NAPA certification means in the quality of work and mechanics. I have used this independently owned/operated, NAPA certified shop since moving here....after a very bad experience with what was at that time "the favorite auto repair shop" in Cape Coral. I feel very fortunate to have found these guys.

They tried to keep the cost down but the worst case scenario was the only solution. VW has problems with this happening over several years and models and I feel this should have been a major recall, so I have bought my Last VW. However every time I go to this establishment for service it's always fixed right. They do what ever they can to save you money and I trust their honesty. Air Conditioning has never worked this good even when car was new.

Courteous, took vehicle right in. Called with estimate after assessment and had car fixed with8n a day.

Went to 3 auto repair places to get estimates. Our request was somewhat unique as my son-in-law was supplying parts from his Napa store so we asking for labor cost only. Quote #1 wanted over $600 for complete brakejob with me supplying parts and they would not supply any warranty. Quote #2 was for $400 but due to contract constraints, could not do work with me supplying parts. However, they recommended JWD Automotive. Quote #3 was from JWD and was $305. They were fine with me supplying parts and still offered warranty on work. Furthermore, warranty is honored at any Napa repair facility nationwide. Received a call the next morning that work was completed. No surprises and all work was done as quoted in a very timely manner.

They called me at noon to say the car was ready to pick up! Power steering fluid was drained. System flushed multiple times because it was so gunky. New fluid added. Good to go! That was a week ago and the car (2001 Ford Windstar) has been running great ever since! Justin and Wes were extremely professional, fair and honest with me. I'd absolutely go there again for my next service. NAPA Auto Care of Cape Coral gives me peace of mind! I'll be back!
