I was very impressed with the customer service. Very professional and the work was performed in a timely fashion. I would recommend this company for any electrical needs anyone may have. I obtained a few quotes from different companies and found their pricing to be very fair.

I first want to start off by saying that I called a bunch of electricians looking for the best quote to fix the electricity on a short sale i was purchasing. Everyone I called seemed to have really high rates or were just too busy to fit me into their schedule. When I finally called Achim at Mr. Electric he promptly called me right back and we scheduled a time for him to diagnose my electrical issues. I was told that estimates were free but that a diagnosis of the problem would have a small fee as did everyone else I called. (Though estimates were free I wanted the full diagnosis to see what was causing the power outage). When Achim and his technician came to my house they were on time and very professional. They not only looked at the issues I discussed with them but inspected the whole house for other electrical issues i may have missed. They diagnosed all my electrical issues and wrote me up an estimate for all my repairs ($900-1200). To my relief their estimate was $1400 to $1700 lower than the other estimate I had gotten! On top of that they didn?t charge me for the diagnosis. On the day of service, two technicians came to my house and were again on time; actually they were a little early. They quickly got to work and had all my repairs done in about 5 1/2 hours. As It turned out, some of my electrical issues were easier to repair than they had estimated, so rather than charge me what was on the estimate they reduced my bill to $650 for all my repairs! They even helped me trouble shoot my automatic garage door opener which was not part of the original estimate. Achim and his employees at Mr. Electric are not only great electricians but they are honest, friendly, and very professional, not to mention the best deal in town! I will be using them for all my future electrical needs and highly recommend them to anyone in the area.
