Brian was especially helpful, courteous, professional and more then willing to work with us. Right from the start he gave us great information and multiple options that helped us make an informed decision. Furthermore, he even came back to our a house a second time just to make sure my wife could also go through the colors and fabric since she was not there the first time. Easy to work with. Could not be helpful enough. They bent over backward to make sure I was happy and pleased. Did an excellent job. I could not have asked for more. Brian Ross gave excellent Service. The cost for hemming 2 sets of drapes and hanging them was $250. I thought that was high, but the service was worth it.

My experience with More Than Blinds was exceptional. I had gotten at least three quotes and one was from Home Depot they were not that knowledgeable and unprofessional. The other was another company that Home Advisor suggested, his prices were higher than More Than Blinds. More than Blinds has the one owner (Brian) and he supplied samples, called me back to check my progress (I had to have the window frames painted) and continued to follow-up. Brian ordered and installed the blinds within the time frame he said and removed his shoes when he stepped into my house. I appreciated that he cared for my home as if it was his own. Thank you.

Brian Ross, owner of More Than Blinds, was quick with his pricing on my project and fair. He showed up on the scheduled date and time we had planned, he was even early. He works with a fantastic attitude, happy to do the job and not one problem or any complaining at all....what a wonderful change from a contractor. Overall experience was wonderful. The 2" faux wood blinds even came in way earlier than expected. I would recommend Brian for any and all projects that he offers.

Service was great, punctual with a call the day before and at least 1 hour before arrival the day of. Service does not get any better than that. After the job, clean up.......immaculate, spotless.

More than Blinds (Brian) was the only peson who contacted me. Brak never emailed me or called me. I also did my own research and interviewed 2 outside blind companies. I liked Brian as he was knowledgeable in skylight blind measure and install and was so easy to talk to. He was courteous and watched where he was going when he brought in the hugh ladder to measure. He was prompt on his appts. and calls- meaning called and came when he was supposed to. He also gave me a great price including 5-year warranty. We are in the ordering process now and install later.
