Mobile Jetski Doctor

Worst service I have ever had in my life. I left my seadoo with them for three weeks and the only thing they managed to get done is take things apart. They lied to me on several occasions and said things were done that were not done. I finally got fed up and picked up my Seadoo from them in pieces. The battery I purchased before dropping it off to them is GONE and a old cheapo walmart battery is in my Seadoo. I addressed this with the owned Skip and he offered me NOTHING for my $100 battery being gone. The DESS post that my key goes on was broken, It was in perfect condition before I dropped it off to them. It's a $70 replacement, Again they offered me NOTHING. They charged me $12 for two $2.49 spark plugs that they didn't even put in! I pulled the spark plugs out and they were my old ones. I got my carbs back in parts because they had lied to me the whole time saying they were being worked on and then that they were done and I had to replace parts that they lost. I had to pay this terrible company $409 for getting nothing done and wasting three weeks of my time and then ontop of that I had to spend $200 for the parts they broke, stole and/or lost. Come to find out from several people that there are many more out there like me that were screwed over by this company. The owner offered me NOTHING for the damage, loss or the lack of work they did and my time they wasted. All he offered to give me back was $12 for the spark plugs. This company is a scam, They will waste not only your money but your time and have ZERO customer service other than a bunch of excuses and lies. If you really like your jet ski then take it somewhere else.
