Description of Work: Called three times to get an estimate for a service pole. All three times I was told someone would get back with me. No one ever called me back. Will not call again.

Description of Work: I called Patrick electric to get an estimate for a new service pole. The first time I called, I was told by the person who does estimates that he was going on vacation but he would contact me when he returned. Almost 2 weeks had gone by, so I called a second time. This time I was told by the office person, who answered the phone that the person I spoke with previously was back from vacation but was out of the office. However,I was reassured I would get a call back. Another week gone by and no call back. I guess they are not interested in doing the job. I will not call back.

+ -1 moreOur electric was not working right from the electric meter. We had electric in only half the house and.... we had no A/C, no hot water and the only way to fix the problem was to coordinate Florida Power and Light and Mike Patrick's service tech. A daunting task. In addition... I was leaving the next day our of town and if the electric problem was not fixed the same day... my wife would have been left in a 95-100 degree house without A.C and no hot water. Needless to say... the electric technician had to stay and wait for the unpredictable electric company (FPand L) ... and he did. What a relief! I was going out of town for several days and now I would not have to worry about my wife having to stay in a hot (95 degree) house with no hot water. Courteous, honest and a great company! Description of Work: To sum up the experience... EXCELLENT! Courteous, honest and a great company! Mike Patrick Electric went way above and beyond to make sure my problem was taken care of if humanly possible. What a great company.
