Mattress Firm

The salesman that we had was fantastic. He was really great. We had a little bit of a mix up and he made it well worth our while in giving us a couple of pillows that are kind of retaining their shape the minute you get off them. He gave us two pillows of memory foam. There was a mix up where the box springs came out but the mattress was nowhere to be found. I said that I don’t really want the box springs if I don’t have a mattress. They said that they can take them back and I have to call the store though. I called the store immediately. The guy said that he made a mistake and he was supposed to switch it over. Josh told him about it and everything and asked him to do it. He messed up and said sorry. I said no problem. He said that if I want to come in and talk with Josh. He will be in tomorrow morning. We went back the next day and talked with them. He said that he did mess up. He was supposed to make sure that the mattress was put on that shipment because it didn’t come in until later in the day. I said that it’s okay. I just wanted to know what happened there. He said that if we can pick out two pillows that we really like. He put three different types of pillows out for us. We picked the memory foam and he said that we'd just sign that we received them. It was all priced out. We are getting them for gratis because of the problem that we had. I said thank you and I appreciate that. That was really nice of them to do that because they didn’t really have to do anything. People make mistakes. I was really grateful that somebody did own up to it. I thought I was going to get the same old sales routine where they would say they don’t know what happened there. It’s giving me a great night sleep. It’s a king size. I don’t have any more problems. It’s a great mattress.
