+ -1 moreSteve Massa took my payment & didn't perform the work he said he would. If he ran into trouble as he said he did, & couldn't do the job properly then he shouldn't have taken my money. The nerve of this man to say he would come back to finish the job at an additional cost.
Description of Work: In June '06 I contracted with Mas/Save Electric to run an outdoor wire from an existing outdoor outlet to another outlet (approx 75'') The wire was supposed to be attached to a wood retaining wall then go under a concrete walk & attached to another existing outlet. Steve Massa ''Master Electrician'' came a little late & I was anxious to see my new grandson born earlier that day so I paid him up front the $180 we agreed upon. When I returned later that day the wire was strung but instead of going under the concrete walk he laid the wire over it with 2 piles of dirt on each side & leaving a message that he couldn't get under the walk with the wire. If I could do it he would come back & hook up the wire (at an added expense). I don't believe that the electric code permits a wire to run over the walk like this.
