+ -1 moreWe just bought our first home and Mark was a wonderful person to deal with. We decided to work with him based on his years of experience in the foreclosure market. His experience turned out to be a great asset to the both of us, as we are new to all of this and are learning how the real estate world works. A very easy, smooth purchase overall. Highly recommended to anyone!
Description of Work: Mark helped us work with the bank's agent to purchase our new home that we found through an extensive area search for foreclosed homes. Mark took care of all the details, paperwork, and closing procedures. He even helped us get a repair person in to fix our A/C at a reasonable price when the home inspector found it to be non-functional.
