Great. On time and id a great job.

Everything went extremely well. I actually went through the Lowes in Estero. The guys they use for install were great.

I am very happy with our windows. They're in compliance with the Cape Coral Hurricane Code. The contractor they used to install our windows was a very good company.

There is one guy in there that is tremendous. I do not think you can beat the price and they are very good about delivery and set up.

They showed up on time and did great job.... I thought! Until the city came to inspect and they were missing screws! So they came out right away to repair/update/correctly install and now i have to wait weeks to get the city back out to approve. What a pain!

Lowes now has a project manager that will organize your whole job. Mine entails kitchen and baths. Electrical, drywall, etc. are all required and it has all be coordinated by them! It is an excellent service!

Everything went well. saleman was polite and informative. Contractor did good job and was punctual. Lowe's installation dept followed up with us upon completion of work to be sure we were satisfied.

I have been very pleased with them. What I like about them that keeps me using them is their customer service. Their prices are also comparable.

While I was there I asked for help on some soft doors closer for kitchen drawers. A staff member was very helpful and walked me to them and explained some features. I will go back again as the staff that I encountered were friendly and helpful.

Steve Caro is the kitchen design person to meet and work with. We also went to Home Depot, but they weren't interested in doing any design work without a commitment. Steve is very knowledgeable about kitchen design and space requirements. He was able to immediately notice problems with our concept and provided suggestions and solutions. The order was placed and product installed by our contractor and was completed on schedule. We were told in advance that any unused and uncut materials could be returned to the store for a credit. Some left over molding and filler strip materials were returned about 6 months later with no questions asked.

4 visits, the last was the final straw after waiting 35 mins, I decided to go elsewhere and of course I have to eat the $35 paid for the measurement service. I went to carpet One and their price was $1 sf cheaper than Lowes AND includes the measurement and installation fees. Lowes advertises $97 basic installation. Don't be fooled. In addition to the Basic, they charge you for taking up the old carpet, removing the old carpet, disposal fee, moving the furniture, nickel and dime here there and everywhere.

My experiences with them have been very good. They've gone out of their way to do a few things for me. They're very courteous, professional and their prices are reasonable.

Great overall experience. Provided answers to all my questions in the quoting stages. Coordinated the Installation well to accommodate my busy schedule and the installation started as promised. Installation crew were very professional, cordial and a pleasure to have working in our home. They took pride in providing a top quality installation, hand in hand with a top quality product provided.

We shopped around for thermal pane windows. We had two salesman from independent window installation companies cometo our home for estimates a Brian Sweeney from Lowes also gave us an estimate.. Lowes was slightly higher than one company but came in at $3000 below another independent company. We decided to go with Lowes as we valued their installation service guarantee.

They were very thorough and they took care of the details. They always called us to tell us what was going on. They did a good job. My husband shopped around and Lowe's had the best price.

The guy who came out did an excellent job. The tile guy did an excellent job on the tile.

So far they have measured the doors and windows and called me yesterday to give an update. They advised that the windows will be in on the 9th and the doors will be in by the 16th and then install it. Their prices were better for the hurricane impact we had. We are getting doors and windows which have edged glass in them and we liked them. They seemed to have better quality, which we were looking for. I will use them in the future, too.

They showed up on time to do the work. This took two days, a total of probably 10 hours worth of work. They cleaned up after themselves the first day. The approximate cost included removal of the old carpet, sales of the new carpet and installation. I would use them again and would recommend them to others.
