I scheduled an appointment for them to measure a they never came or followed up!!

It went very well. The installer, Gino, had not done this type before, but made a template, and got it going. It looks wonderful. Perfectly straight and exactly what we hoped for. The heat was unbearable for that heavy work. Don't know how he did it, but job well done!!

They did a good job when I finally got it. It ended up being a custom door that had to be ordered and made by the door factory. Something got gummed up between them and the factory and it, basically, was a three week delay for no reason. Like the factory lost the order or it never got sent. You never know when you are not in the loop who dropped the ball. I ended up getting the door substantially later than I thought I was going to get it. But when it got in the local installer did a fine job and showed up when he was supposed to. There were also some issues of, sort of, the right hand not knowing what the left hand was doing. At one point when the door got into the local store from the factory the local store called me to ask when I was coming to pick it up. But the whole agreement with them was since I was getting them to install it was that their installer would pick it up from the store, bring it to my house and install it himself, not me picking it up.

The tradesmen were very nice and professional, but rarely came when they said they would. What should have been a couple of hour job on two successive days lasted instead, for a few weeks weeks. Even after the final inspection, it took about 3 1/2 weeks and multiple calls to Lowes, to get them to come back and finish the tie-in so the job was complete.

Bought Items in Store.

Very professional, arrived on time and finished the full installation within two hours. very happy with installation and door looks great as does the new framing they put on.

Basically you are on you own in many big box store departments. While they may promise expert service they are often stretched way beyond their area of expertise. They just spread their work force way to thin to have an experienced associate in each depart. Not so at the Lowes, at least not in their Garden Center. I cannot recall a more knowledgeable sales force outside of a landscape center. They offer a depth of knowledge that makes your project easier and more likely to succeed. I will drive the extra miles to find this kind of support. Well done guys.

The customer service people and the managers are always very helpful to me. The people in the landscaping and plant department have been such a great help with me when it was time for me to do my landscaping on my yard. They're very helpful in getting everything loaded for us. They helped us pick stuff out when we were doing our patio.

Fair prices

It was okay. The gentleman that came out quoted us a higher price than we were willing to pay. The area wasn't that large so we couldn't justify the cost. They were quick and courteous. They were not rude in any way. They were prompt. They were actually 5 minutes early and they called before they showed up. The gentleman couldn't have been nicer but the price was a little out of control. Their price was higher than other places that quoted us.

A man from Lowe's came out and gave me a quote. I had to make some changes, he came back, he gave me a final quote, and that was exactly what he charged me. Their quality, punctuality, and professionalism are excellent. The fence looks beautiful.

It was good. It was easy; the truck was good and I had no problems. The truck was ready to go.

I told the Lowe's salesman why I wanted my fence and he said, "No, you don't need to do that." I wanted the fence to go around my pool and its equipment and he said, "No, you live in Cape Coral. It's fine." He wouldn't listen to me. I wasn't impressed. I go to Lowe's all the time. They just did not meet my expectations for the fence.

Lowe's price isn't good. If you know what you want, you get it and buy it and take it home. I go to somebody who gave me the same prices. They matched Lowe's prices and gave me what I needed. You always have to worry about service. Lowe's is good, if you're in there just to buy something at a good price and take it home. They had limited models and limited knowledge about certain models. They'll tell you to go look the appliance up online, at lowes.com. You don't get a chance to ask many questions about different models because nobody really knows anything. We knew what we wanted, we went in and we bought it.

I live in Maryland but my second home is in Florida,so I had to coordinate the fencing project long distance. Lowes made sure that my permits and contract were sent to me at their expense and paid for the return mail. Ever detail was coordinated by the installation team and was very efficient. The work was scheduled with a local fencing contractor who worked with me in a very friendy and accommodating manner. The work was done in just a few days and all trash, etc. was taken away. The experience was painless.

When the delivery person came to pick up the old machine and put in the new ,the delivery man said that he could not take the machine out of the house without the little bit of water in the tube drained out. He said " I am not doing that" and sat in his truck. I asked the man to take the machine into the driveway to drain the water. He refused and made me drain the machine in the house. I was so upset that I returned the washing machine. I would not use them again.
