He filled it with 15 lbs instead of 20 and charged me for 20 lbs. I confronted him and he said that it was full and told me that the scale said 20 lbs. I brought it home to weigh it and it was only 15 lbs, so I took it back and told them that it was not full and I brought my scale with me. They proceeded to fill it up with the missing 5 lbs and told me the previous employee must have made a mistake, which I do not believe is true because I pointed out the mistake to him and he continued to tell me the scale was reading 20 lbs. I don't do business with thieves.

the walk in tub incorrectly, came back ( too them three days to return ) in the shower ran new plumbing- not done right had a leak over night- closet wall damaged no one checked the towlet , took five hours to install shower tower was hung up much too high - jets would hit you in the mouth but told me it was done to specks - plus we had no hot water ! had to come back and fix- but not the next day I had to wait a week it too them a month to correct their mistakes and when you called the owner- Mike - he had a million and one reason why they did it that way - he never came to see the job his man did - but came with wings on his feet to get the job. I ask Mike to have his man come back to fix the shower so my husband and I could use it over the holidays - he gave me the following Monday ( hoping he shows up) I'm so over having people to do work that don't give a hoot .
