They did not do the job properly. They do not stand behind their work. See my comments below as to the specifics.

Kirkwood Electric did a great job with pricing extremely fair. We had them hook up our lift electric and rewire the dock. Their communication was great, electricians arrived by 7:30am right on the date they made the work appointment. This in itself is fantastic since prior contractors we had used we had to wait around for the to finally show up. Kirkwood Electric were very professional and we would highly recommend them for any electrical work you might need and we will be definitely using them in the future.

Electrical work for the house Your company is in a state of confusion Michelle who answers the phone wants to talk more than listen to the customer, She blew off an appointment with us for electric work for the second time I would never recommend anyone using your company.

I hired Kirkwood Electric to install electric for our boat lift and lights on our dock. They were very attentive to my phone calls. The price was very reasonable. The work was completed in a timely manner. The guys that came were personable, professional and very hard working. They did a great job and also in a timely manner. We were very please with our experience with Kirkwood Electric. We would highly recommend them.

Everything went extremely well. All of the above work was performed in less than 4 hours by a very professional, Gregg. He did an excellent job and moved from job to job effortlessly with very little down time. Work was very neat and he cleaned up all debris after completed. We had an estimate of $260 for the GFI for the pool alone. To get all of the above work done for $460 was amazing. We had expected to pay at least 600... up to 750... and would not have been shocked. To get all this work done by a licensed professional $460... I think that tells the story. Price is awesome... excellent job. Their service was fine. They were prompt. They analyzed the problem, they took care of it in a timely fashion and left.

The onsite work was very professional. The office work regarding a work estimate and explanation of the final bill took too long.

We hired them to do the wiring from the electric panel to the dock and to install the power supply for the boat lifts. The estimate was affordable. The staff showed on time and work in the wiring part a full day, while the next day they completed the work on the motors. The team performed a quality work, were courteous and finished all the work as scheduled. We are very satisfied and will hire them again. They are very professionals and affordable.
