+ -1 moreSuch a terrible company to work with. Beware their technician sign the invoice on site saying they spoke to the owner and the owner authorized repair when the owner has never saw the property or been on site. It’s an investment property. We did not even call this company out. This is a new build home less than two months old and the company was called on a warranty issue by the Builder. And their management is just as horrible when I spoke to them and pointed out that irregularities of their notes, saying the owner authorized and Their management called the owner and cussed her out, literally hung up on her and said he would never be back. Well that’s a huge flex considering we would never call them out ever.
Description of Work: They were called out by the builder to rebalance the air conditioning system, and the technician claimed he needed to clean the lines and that’s what was causing half of the house to be hot and the other half not hot. They ended up just cleaning the lines and we still have the problem today.

+ -1 moreTech arrived and looked at system inside. Told me twice he checked outside system before ringing the bell. This was a lie. I have cameras which shows same did not occur which I learned after the fact. Will not recommend.
