Gary Keller is the most honest pool man in cape coral florida ! i had 6 estimates on my pool that looked bad, black blotches all over. it was refinished by previous owner 15 years ago. all 6 "top" pool companies in the area quoted me an average of 7 to 8 grand to refinish it. that was over my budget so i decided to wait. i had forgot one more pool guy was coming and it was Gary Keller, he took one look and said, it just needs to be cleaned with a no drain acid wash. i was sceptical until he took some acid and showed me a small area he cleaned, well i had his company do the job for a cost of 800dollars. and wow!! it looks like its been just refinished!! absolutley perfect !! saved me 7000 dollars!! i will never use another pool company again and highly reccommend them to everyone!! kevin

Steve did a great job replacing pipes and valves (in the rain and in extreme heat) and the pool spa no longer drained back into pipes. It appeared as if all leaks were addressed but the problem of bubbles came back over the weekend. Called Keller, left a message, got a call back with an appointment. Scott showed up, fine tuned the problems of the air leak and am now bubble-less! Thanks Keller Pools!

Took my Great White pool vacuum to the store at Pine Island and Burnt store after a falling out with my previous pool supply store who failed to fix the vacuum after charging me $120 and wouldn't stand behind their work. Brennan was quick to diagnose the problem and repaired with some used spare parts he had on hand. He wouldn't take any money for the repair but simply asked for my return business which I assured him he would have. Great service!!

I went to the store to buy salt and check my water sample. They were so knowledgeable and helpful that I was feeling welcome. I will go back there more often to buy my pool needs.

I called Keller Pools on the recommendation of my neighbor. I was 1500 miles away and needed expert help in assessing a poor quality pool finish- not only was the finish not the quality I had paid for, there was a half-inch piece of exposed and rusting rebar at the bottom of my swim-out bench! I spoke with a lady at Keller, and told her I needed an pool expert to assess the situation, and offered to pay for the assessment. I gave her the outline of the situation and my contact information, and she said she would contact the head of the company and get back to me. When I never heard from Keller, I called again approximately a week later and related the entire story again, and asked for someone from Keller to arrange to meet me at my house (I had arrived the day before), which is only 9 minutes away from Keller's place of business in Cape Coral. I heard her speaking with someone in the office, and momentarily her boss got on the phone and I repeated my request to him, and again offered to pay for his expert opinion. He said he couldn't do it, but for $300 he would send someone to inventory my entire pool system. I was stunned and told him his offer had zero value to me, as it was not what I was requesting and needed. I again asked him for a professional opinion and estimated repair cost of my damaged pool, and again told him I would pay for both the opinion and the estimate. He said he wasn't interested and hung up. I am still aghast at what a poor attitude and lack of professional courtesy Keller displayed. I am amazed at the high rating they are given on Angie's list, as I cannot fathom why my experience with Keller would be so negative and other reviewers much better.

THEY WERE QUICK AND EFFICIENT AND GAVE ME HELPFUL INFORMATION REGARDING ITS FUNCTION.

They did a good job, considering the condition of the pool. They were fast and professional.

Our regular pool maintenance company came at least 6 times and tried to fix the leak, but was unsuccessful. Keller came once, found leak, repaired broken line (which meant removing and replacing pavers) and had the leak diagnosed and repaired in less than 3 hours. Left area as found - neat.
