Description of Work: They cleaned the carpet in 3 bedrooms and my office. These carpet had not been cleaned in many years and they did an outstanding job. I, as a young man used to clean carpet and homes, so I know that they work they performed was second to none.

They cleaned 3 bedrooms and My dining ,living,room and our sitting area,that we use constantly. They also cleaned the small hallway in the guest area. They did an amazing job ...were polite ,professional and punctual. This will be my carpet company from now on. Give them a try. You won't regret it.

+ -1 moreThis is one of those reviews that I like to submit. In one word - outstanding. From the initial call to completion, everything went as I would wish. Two professional hard working young men showed up on time as promised. Thinking that they may be a few minutes called over an hour ahead of time to determine if that would be a problem, which of course it was not. Very considerate!. Price VERY reasonable and quality of work excellent.

+ -1 moreThe scheduling went really well. Courteous and efficient. Carpet cleaning staff arrived within scheduled time frame. They were also very courteous. However I was not happy with the cleaning job. My husband and I removed almost all of the furniture from each of the rooms. Two of the rooms cleaned were bedrooms. We only left the beds in each room. Both were on rollers, but the carpet cleaning staff did not bother to move the beds. One was a small twin bed, and he didn't even try to move it. I asked him why he didn't pull the bed out and he said that it wasn't part of the service. I asked him if he would do it anyway and he complied. This was the first time in the ten years that we have been in our home that the carpet cleaning company did not pull out the beds, which are both on rollers. I was also disappointed that they set a wet spray bottle on one of my office chairs and it left a stain. Its a good thing that I don't really care about that particular chair. The company gave me a good price, and seem to be nice folks, but they really need to work on quality of service.

+ 0 moreIt was an excellent experience. I highly recommend JS Cleaning - I will definitely use them again in the future for any of my cleaning needs. I plan on using them for some power washing in the future. They were super friendly, professional, on time, within budget and reliable.
Description of Work: My family and I closed on a new house on Thursday, March 21st. ( The northern section of Cape Coral ) The house we bought had been vacant for some time - there were a lot of dead bugs / spiders, etc. in the corners of the house, along with the typical dirt and grime from the home not being totally cleaned for many months. The carpets had been cleaned - but still looked like they could use some work. I had contacted JS Cleaning prior to our closing to get some info on getting the home cleaned. They were one of the few companies who did carpets AND cleaned the physical home. I gave them info on what I wanted done - ( cleaning wise / house size / rooms with carpet / other flooring ) - they gave me a rough estimate of what it would be. I did not have any time for them to do a physical estimate since we closed on a Thursday, needed the house to be cleaned on a Friday, and the movers were coming Sat. morning. JS Cleaning did an awesome job!! They did a basic cleaning of the whole house, the floors, exterior cabinets, countertops , windows, pantrys, etc. The floors were immaculate and the old dead bugs totally gone. They also did a super job on steam cleaning the carpets - which included a huge front living room / dining room and 3 bedrooms. Our house is close to 2000 square living feet in area. The cleaing crew was so friendly and very pleasant. Very professional. Also the carpet techs as well. Everyone was so nice. My wife and I couldn't believe how clean everything was. We never would have been able to clean the house before we moved in. JS Cleaning were a huge help in our move. I would totally recommend JS Cleaning for carpets, house cleaning or etc. They also mentioned they did power washing for pads / lanais / and houses. When it comes time to get something power washed we will call JS cleaning again. Thanks!!

+ -1 moreI bought a livingsocial deal to have two small bedrooms, and a large bedroom cleaned. They did an outstanding job! The two step process makes all the difference, using a scrubber first and then steam extraction. Wow! Our carpet looks great and the although there were stains on the chaise lunge that wouldn't come off, they did a good job on it. The only thing is they didn't pick up and move the chaise and clean the carpet underneath it :(I would definitely use them again though and have recommended the company to friends.

+ -1 morePrice quoted was $150; I thought that was low, as I usually pay $180 (with furniture in it). There was discussion of whether there was a separate dining room (no) or den (yes). I did mention the large closets. On the date, provider called about 1/2 hour after the agreed on time to say his truck had broken down, could he come the next day. The next day he came about 1/2 hour late. After looking everything over, he said it would be $200 because it was bigger than I had said (not so). I offered $180 as the price I had been paying & he accepted. He and a helper worked efficiently for about 3 hours, washing and extracting the dirty water. The cleaning itself was excellent; one could not have asked for better. As to the price: he should either come & look before quoting, or write down the conversation so he knows what he is basing his price on. (He asked several times what the apt. number was--suggesting he doesn't write much down.) Overall, a good experience.
Description of Work: Cleaned white berber wall-to-wall carpet in 5 rooms and 3 large walk-in closets approx. 2000 sq. ft. in a high-rise. These were pretty grubby; the apartment had been vacated after 8 years. Although the carpet was cleaned annually, this was the first overall cleaning since Jan. 2003.
