They did an awesome job! Scheduling was sometimes an issue

I was extremely pleased and with my kitchen remodel. I had planned to have my master bathroom remodeled sometime in the future but went ahead with the remodel using JCI Home Services. The staff was courteous and friendly, this is a business that is well established with office and showroom, so when you have a question, you can call and speak to someone. I live in NY and had this done while up north, JCI supplied me with pictures and updates on the job - always. Never a run around or waiting to speak to someone. AND Of course price is a major factor in making my decision to use JCI. I had estimated that were literally double the amount JCI quoted to me.

JCI Home Services is an amazing company. All the staff and workers were so diligent. The guys were always on time and worked hard remodeling my bathroom. I love my new bathroom. Thank you so much to Christine who helped pick out my colors and my tile. Thank you Jason for giving us a fabulous price.

They where on time, in our price point and did a great job.

Overall, it was a great experience working with JCI. They knew we were in an insurance battle and prior to even receiving payment. They ordered the necessary supplies and got us onto the schedule. They were very patient and understanding. The work itself was conducted quickly, as cleanly as possible, with all the dust, and Better than even expected. New ceilings are up and painted and there is less and damage noticeable. Onto the next project! Thank you, JCI.

JCI remodeled our house for us, from flooring to walls, bathrooms to kitchen, electrical and plumbing. They were pleasant, accommodating, on time, and on budget. They gave us a plethora of options to choose from, and we were able to pivot along the way as unknown issues arose without any delays. They were a pleasure to work with and we recommend them.
