From the start Ivan was professional, punctual, and more than willingly completed all tasks. His price was more than fair, so much so that I added $50.00 to each of the two payments made for the work he performed as I felt his work was of such high quality. (Therefore, though he charged me $600.00 in total I paid $700.00 at my own choosing.) Ivan is conscientious and thorough in all of his work. For some of the work he even had to go to Home Depot to get various items which he did on his own time. Ivan was not on Angie's List where I get most of my service providers. However, he came highly recommended by our realtor whom we trusted. Therefore, I am requesting that his services be added as I feel he is someone who is reliable, professional, and conscientious and consumers will benefit greatly from his services. The name of Ivan's business is a bit misleading in the services he provided for us. However, he used to have his own business working with metals. We learned of this in a discussion regarding adding a tin back splash for our kitchen. I am looking forward to working with Ivan in completing this project as it is something he is looking forward to doing. As a matter of fact, any work we need done in the future we will be calling Ivan.
